Dear Friends of Pleasant Grove, 

Sunday, June 4, 2023, we launched ministry as Pleasant Grove Community Church and now are in affiliation with the Congregational Methodist Church. cm-church.org 

We give much praise to God, our Savior, Jesus Christ and the discerning of the Holy Spirit that has led us to this new chapter in Pleasant Grove’s history! All glory and honor to Him leading us in His will!

“Behold, I will do something new,

Our membership is thankful fellow brother, Dr. Jim Lane responded to God’s call into Pastoral ministry to shepherd our congregation, while continuing work in his private practice. We’re eager to see how God uses Jim to lead us in fulfilling God’s ministry at Pleasant Grove!

We acknowledge some brothers and sisters in the Lord may be seeking a church home in this season of decisions and transitions in the UMC. Know our congregation is a group of believers who loves God and loves others.  We invite you to our 9:30am Sunday Worship Service, where we primarily use traditional hymns and hear God’s Word boldly proclaimed! 

We pray, “that God would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inner man, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; and that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled up to all the fullness of God.” Ephesians 3:16-19
